A short conversation, no pressure, no pitch. Tell us where you are and what you’re trying to figure out — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.
The more context you give us, the better the first conversation will be. But if you just want to introduce yourself — that works too.
Tell us about your clinic, your stage, and what you’re trying to figure out.
Usually with a few clarifying questions and a proposed call time.

Yes. Thirty minutes, no obligation, no hidden upsell. We use it to understand whether we’re the right fit for your stage and goals — and if we’re not, we’ll tell you straight.

No. Our team is based in Scottsdale, but we work with clinics across the U.S., Canada, and internationally. Most engagements include both on-site and remote phases — the diagnostic work can happen virtually, with on-site visits for implementation when it makes sense.
Within 24 hours on weekdays — usually much sooner. We respond personally to every message, not with an auto-reply. If you reach out over the weekend, expect to hear from us first thing Monday morning Arizona time.
