Our founder spent seven years running his own med spa before BleauMed existed. Before that — and during — he worked across luxury hospitality, multi-location aesthetic groups, and high-volume retail operations. He saw what made those businesses work: rigorous measurement, operational backbone, and an uncompromising standard for the patient experience.
What he also saw was that most med spa owners were missing those things. Not because they didn’t care — but because nobody had ever taught them. The industry had grown too fast for its own systems. Practitioners with clinical excellence were running businesses they were never trained to run.

If you’re pre-launch or in your first months, our Startup Consulting service is the right fit. We help with everything from concept and location strategy to opening day operations.
Our team is based in Tel Aviv, but we work with clinics across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Most engagements include both on-site and remote phases. The diagnostic and strategy work can be done virtually with video walkthroughs and shared documents. Implementation phases often involve travel to your location.
It depends on the scope. A Spa Audit takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff to final report. Implementation engagements typically run 3–6 months. Long-term advisory relationships often extend to a year or more, with monthly or quarterly check-ins. We’ll scope every engagement to fit your specific stage and goals — no minimum retainers.
No. We’re a fee-for-service consultancy. Our incentives are aligned through performance milestones built into engagement contracts, not through ownership stakes. We believe that keeps our advice clean — we recommend what’s right for your business, not what’s right for our investment.
